Returns & Exchanges

At Icon Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for your protection, any jewelry that has been removed from its original heat-sealed packaging is ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging and that the 30-day return window has not expired.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the sealed jewelry in a padded mailer or original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
